Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition - including all original packaging, shrink-wrap/seals intact (where applicable), tags, and accessories. You must also provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Important for Records & Audio Media

  • Sealed items: Returns are accepted if the item remains factory-sealed and unopened.
  • Opened items: We generally do not accept returns on opened vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, or other audio media unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Once opened, these items cannot be resold as new.
  • Used or played records may only be returned if they are significantly defective (e.g., warped, unplayable, or with manufacturing faults).

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away (with photos if possible) if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:

  • Opened vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, or other audio media.
  • Sale/discounted items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders, engraved products).
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or personal care items (if applicable).

Exchanges The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the condition requirements above (sealed/unopened where applicable). EU customers bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. Sealed audio recordings lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective/damaged/wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we agree otherwise).
