We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen. All product descriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND PRICING
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery and any additional charges are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision (e.g., by email to hello@sounds-grounds.co.uk or by using the model cancellation form below).

If you cancel, we will refund you the price paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
