A classic of the British disco era, Tina Charles – Dance Little Lady is the second studio album from one of the UK's most recognisable 1970s dance-pop vocalists. Originally released in 1976 on CBS Records, the album captures Charles at the height of her disco success, combining infectious dancefloor rhythms, polished orchestration, soulful vocals and the distinctive production of Biddu.

The album's centrepiece is the hugely popular “Dance Little Lady Dance,” one of Tina Charles's signature recordings. Released as a single in 1976, it became a major UK hit, reaching No. 6 in the UK Singles Chart and spending 13 weeks in the Top 100. Its instantly memorable chorus, upbeat groove and exuberant disco production helped make it a defining British dance hit of the decade.

The latter was originally a hit for Billy Fury, giving Charles an opportunity to reinterpret another well-known British pop favourite.
