Originally released in 2001 on RAM Records, Body Rock / Orient Express is a classic two-track 12-inch from two key figures in the history of British drum & bass, Shimon and Andy C. Issued as RAMM34, the record arrived during a particularly strong period for RAM Records, when the label was helping define the harder, technical and forward-thinking sound of UK drum & bass.

Side A – Body Rock is the standout title track, built around a heavyweight drum & bass rhythm and memorable electronic hooks, with dialogue sampled from the science-fiction film Starship Troopers adding to its futuristic character. The track became one of Shimon and Andy C's best-known collaborations and was a regular presence in DJ sets during the early-2000s drum & bass scene.
